Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) has developed its Draft FY2011 Annual Moving To Work (MTW) Plan in compliance with HUD's Amended and Restated Moving To Work Agreement along with supporting documents including the Public Housing Statement of Policies (ACOP), Public Housing Leases and the Section 8 Administrative Plan.

These documents are available for review and comment beginning July 27, 2010 at MPHA's administrative offices, 1001 Washington Avenue North, Minneapolis. MPHA's hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may also review these documents by clicking on each document title below.

A Public Hearing for comments on the Draft FY2011 MTW Plan will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at MPHA's administrative offices at 1:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend.

Comments will be accepted through September 3, 2010. MPHA will summarize the written comments and respond to them in the Final MTW Plan that will be submitted for approval to its Board of Commissioners at its September 22, 2010 Board Meeting. This Meeting will not be a public hearing.
